Sec. 60.  CHAMPION LANDS LOGGING, HUNTING, FISHING AND TRAPPING
(a)  This section shall apply to the West Mountain Wildlife Management Area (WMWMA), formerly part of the so-called Champion lands, and now owned by the state.  The state shall assure that logging or wood product production on these lands shall not be restricted, by easement or plan, or in any other manner, provided that there is compliance with acceptable management practices.  In addition, lawful hunting, fishing and trapping shall be allowed throughout all these lands, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in any law, easement or plan.
(b)  This section shall supersede any provision of law to the contrary.
(c)  This section shall expire on June 30, 2002.
